Spirytus Rectified Spirit is an exceptionally strong alcohol, distilled from 70% to 90% ABV, making it one of the highest proof spirits available. It is pure and undiluted, the result of the distillation process before water is added to reduce the alcohol content. Due to its strength, Spirytus is commonly used for macerating ingredients or preparing homemade recipes such as tinctures, infusions, or liqueurs.

Spirytus is not typically consumed neat due to its high proof but works wonderfully as a base for homemade liqueurs, tinctures, or for infusing fruits, herbs, or spices.
