Winemaker’s Notes:
Sourced from select vineyards in Stellenbosch, Breedekloof, and Piekenierskloof, each grape variety is vinified separately. Fermentation occurs in open-top tanks with daily pump-overs and punchdowns, followed by post-fermentation maceration for optimal tannin integration. Half of the Grenache undergoes whole bunch fermentation to enhance its vibrant red fruit character. The wine is aged for 18 months in 300L French oak barrels, adding complexity and refinement.
Food Pairing Suggestions:
Pairs well with grilled meats, spiced lamb dishes, roasted vegetables, and aged cheeses.
