Winemaking Details:
The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a cold pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature between 25–28°C (77–82.4°F), followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 9 months to develop its complex flavor profile.
