Daybreak Cascadian Dark Ale was crafted in celebration of International Women’s Day 2024, with the women of Cabin Brewing, Country Malt Group, Ale Architect Brewery, and Bent Stick Brewing joining forces to create something truly special. This dark ale is a tribute to those who face the darkness head-on and continue to inspire others to shine brighter.
Tasting Notes:
- Color: Obsidian black, with a deep, rich hue.
- Aroma: Roasty notes of chocolate, coffee, and biscuit from the specialty dark malts, complemented by a delicate light toastiness from the lightly kilned base malt. The Pink Boots hop blend adds a bright citrus and floral kick, creating a perfect balance between hops and malt.
