Cold West Cold IPA is a collaboration between Cabin Brewing Company and Kilter Brewing Co., crafted to deliver a dry, hoppy, crisp, and clean beer. Cold fermented with lager yeast and dry-hopped West Coast-style with Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial hops, this IPA has a refreshing and light body, thanks to the use of pilsner malt and flaked rice.
