WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT WORKING?

Please reach out to us at info@hotshotliquor.ca if you are having an issue using a discount code. Be sure to include the discount code you are trying to use for quicker assistance.


I CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND WANT TO UPDATE IT ON YOUR EMAIL LIST AND/OR MY CELLAR CLUB ACCOUNT. HOW DO I DO THAT?

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?

To cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@hotshotliquor.ca with the reason for cancellation and the order number of the order you’d like to cancel.


I ACCIDENTALLY PAID FOR SHIPPING BUT I WANT TO PICK UP. HOW DO I GET REFUNDED?

Please call or email +1 780 591 5499 or info@hotshotliquor.ca to request a refund for the shipping cost.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP?

Pickups will be ready within 24 hours after the order is placed unless otherwise noted. Please wait for your pickup time confirmation email before driving to the store.


HOW DOES FREE IN-STORE PICKUP WORK?

By choosing our FREE in-store pickup option during your online checkout, you let us know that you’d like to personally pick up your online order at our store.


HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS READY?

You will receive two emails from us:

  1. One email confirming we have received your order.
  2. A second email confirming that your order is ready to be picked up.

Please wait for your pickup time confirmation email before heading to the store.


WHERE TO GO WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER

Upon arriving at HotShot Liquor, come inside and let our team members know you are here for an online pick-up order.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER

To collect your order, you will need to provide the following:

  1. Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  2. Online Order Number

If someone else is picking up your order, please make a note on your order before placing it or reply to your pickup confirmation email with their full name. Ensure they bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We cannot release your order to anyone other than you without proper notification.
